After dragon fruits are harvested with beautiful colors, biochemical targets we address to achieve optimal value for dragon fruits will be selected, sorted and cleaned to remove dust and microorganisms on their peels.

Dragon fruits are washed with clean water and dried naturally before putting in plastic bags. Then fruits are sorted into divider carton boxes to make sure the correct size, quantity and weight without being bruise. Then products are fixed to ensure refrigerated transport.
After packing, Dragon Fruits are put into storage for cooling and refrigeration at 2.2 degrees C to 4.4 degrees C ( 36 degrees F to 40 degrees F ) .
